Hot Pilates
Set to fun, upbeat tunes, this high energy, high intensity, full-body workout shapes and tones head to toe by integrating principles of Pilates, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Tabata techniques! This class leaves no muscle behind as you strengthen core and define shapely muscles.
Please Note: Bristlecone Company requires that you must be at least 18 years old to participate in a hot class. We also highly encourage that pregnant women avoid practicing hot yoga and other hot classes during pregnancy and only participate in other classes after consulting their physician.
