Hot Strength Training

Combination of the best of two worlds. This is a strength-focused yoga practice using yoga flows to warm up, traditional strength training moves with weights, yoga poses for core stabilization and strength training and finally melting into a deep stretch and relaxation. Heated to no more than 85 degrees and 30 percent humidity. 

Please Note: Bristlecone Company requires that you must be at least 18 years old to participate in a hot class. We also highly encourage that pregnant women avoid practicing hot yoga and other hot classes during pregnancy and only participate in other classes after consulting their physician.
